They don’t actually want you to save money
This app is horrible. Lacks any intuitiveness. I have to scan in store QR codes with my camera and hope that the app opens and logs me in. Doesn't give you the option to stay logged in or use Face ID. Why do you want to make it so hard for people to save money? Whom ever wrote this app never shopped at a grocery store.

I'm disappointed in the way the FM vegetable are displayed. It looks terrible and not appetizing to purchase. Alot of the time lately there are nothing in the bulk potatoes. It looks like bags of smaller potatoes were opened and tossed in the bin. It actually doesn't look like the commercials that is on television.

Need to add tap
Hey I think your store and the app needs to add tap for Apple Pay and google pay or just tap in general. Kroger pay is ok but I am really annoyed that I just can't tap my debit or credit cards I have to pull out my phone and pull out the app just to have it not scan properly for 2 minutes at self checkout or the employee not being able to scan the phone code. It would just make shopping at the store so much simpler. Also on an added note you should try to add Kroger pay to the Apple wallet as a card if you wanna keep going with that just like with the membership card. I think if u add these improvements the store would be perfect and you would have more people coming in. Thank you for your time reading this

App is logging me out WHILE I use it
Really bad behavior this past month. Super annoying to be in the store and half way through shipping it makes me log in again.

I had fred Meyer app for about 9 months and was working great and before that I had kroger app and was working absolutely fine for years!!, but recently the app hasn't been working as it should be And I called the customer service telling them that the app kept kicking m out saying access denied every time I try to login and it's been going for more than a week, is it just me or someone else got the same issue??

Do not use the grocery delivery!!! If you place order for delivery, and they do not have one of the items. They do not give you a credit for that item they charge you for the entire order again two times. Then they use the ruse that the first one was just put on hold for five days. So for an entire week they charge you double they sit on your money. I placed a $222 food, they did not have one of the items the next day I was charged $218 again. Once again the ruse was it's pending.

App froze while shopping fruits and vegetables
The app froze every time I selected a fruit or vegetable. I went to provide app feed back and I was given a blank screen that said “Get Started” so I entered my comments. The feedback thread told me it couldn't get started until I gave them my name and I felt like my time already given was ignored. Then I tried looking for Dr. Pepper and I was given a list of anything but soda.
