Can't cancel easy or change destination

Worst airlines ever, I plan a vacation months ahead, the flight for the destination was cancel and the return flight was scheduled to return before I left to the vacation. Then they wanted me to pay nearly$300 to fix their screw up. For that screw up they lost 7 customers that was gonna travel that day. Please don't waste your time or money with this joke of an airlines company

Nickel and dime
Terrible boarding experience, my bag was just an inch bigger than their standards for carry on and they charged me a whole $90 for it, basically doubling the price of my ticket. Never flying Frontier for anything significant again.

The Worst
Frontier's App is awful. As is their website, customer service and airline. The app locks up regularly. To find your flight information you have to go back to your email to get the confirmation number as even with facial recognition or pass codes or fingerprints, It won't let you find your flight info. So it's extra steps. When I try to look at multiple flights, it will keep going back to the first one I looked up, then once again, it will lock up. Then, if I'm using the app for my boarding pass, while standing in TSA line, if my phone screen turns off, I have to sign in again, and find the confirmation number again, it's ridiculous. I have a brand new phone, updated software. It's not my devices. Their websites, as well, have always been complicated, requiring unnecessary steps. I travel frequently on other airlines, and none of those apps/websites are as bad as Frontier.

There are many difficulties with this app. It needs to be updated for the convenience of Frontiers customers. It would not let me check in and then charged a fee at the desk, couldn't pay for my baggage laid to my having a long line wait, which I hope my credit card was not charged during trying and I was not allowed to purchase better seats that myself and partner were assigned separately. When trying to check the flight status it just keeps surfing. I was given a cup of FREE ice. THANKS!

I just don't understand why they ask for a review when I haven't even finished booking my flight I'm just trying to book a ticket that's why you got two stars
