Long time Customer
The app does not show motion detectors in real time… When the motion detector is activated, it records on the app about 15 to 30 minutes later which could be catastrophic. Good thing we also have other type of security surveillance

Not liking the way videos are deleted. Perhaps you should improve it by swiping to delete just in gmail.

I'update April 2,2022: unfortunately I continue to be very dissatisfied with ADT. For more than two years I have tried everything to get their terrible surveillance camera to stay connected... Update: March 2023 ADT stricks again. They continue to be a constant source of aggravation. The entire system is completely unreliable. I will NEVER sign another contract with ADT.

App decides what the problem is with your touch pad if that's not the problem it goes no further. We are very disappointed with ADTs customer support.

ADT salesman was nice but I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of. I'm paying $1,900 for a few pieces of equipment! I didn't get any cameras, locks, or even a doorbell camera - any of which I would have been happy with. All I received was a panel, door sensors, and a smoke detector. Oh, and a glass break sensor that doesn't work..

Can not get any type of help connecting my camera to this app which shows the camera connected and the customer service rep keep sending me instructions. This app is trash. I will not renew can not wait til my contract is up.

Slow as dirt
I have adt for home and Vivint for my business. The Vivint app always connects from any location. I can't even trust this app to pull up while at dinner trying to keep an eye on my dog. It just tries to reconnect loads. I am very disappointed that a company that has been around this long hasn't invested its resources into a sustainable project. When I call customer service. It's the worst experience too in comparison to other security services. No one knows anything.

The app won't even install. How am I supposed to be secure IF I CAN'T EVEN INSTALL IT TO BEGIN WITH?
