I don't want to use it anymore because it's not letting me give it keeps saying that my card needs to be updated and it won't let me do that. So I think it's best for me to delete this app

I love Givelify because it made it easy my tithes and my offerings and donations to God went some reason I can't get to Church God made So easy! For you give their No!! excuses!!!

2222 Year End Summary

I have put in several request to Help Me get my account straight so that I ma receive 2222. Year End Summary. I have written to let you know that I had accideny had one letter wrong on my email address. I have since, corrected it. However I am still not able to get my summary. Please give me some assistance. I click the button for I am an organization but it does nothing. I can't do anything with this app besides seeing other organizations on there. Godd idea for an app though, I'd love to be able to use it.

Unresponsive

I was having a problem with signing into my organization I requested to merge two accounts within the app that's been over a month and a half ago and nobody has responded so that is my rating plus get you a customer service number so if we have questions we can contact the live person. Thank you.

Does not allow me to log in after choosing my church. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app, then chose my church, I still can't log in

I us this app weekly or should i say use to to donate to may church. imagine my surprise when i went to open it up and it say i haven't donated anything, all my information for the card is blank and no customer support to call.

GIVELIFY Record keeping

I've donated through GIVELIFY on three occasions yet only 2 show up under my profile! I don't like that - shouldn't ALL contributions show up under a person's profile? I hope that this will be rectified immediately. I'm don't want to believe that some malfeasance is going on, but….🤔
