The app does not allow you to override the AI's predicted ovulation, nor does it update according to your BBT or other symptoms. The community section is apparently tied to all of their apps, so too many irrelevant or stupid questions pop up. And you can't ignore it because it's on the home screen. Overall useless app.

2023: The app still doesn't sync with Google Fit, Health, or any other apps that could make the data usable and provide insights. Takes a long time to load. Filled with useless features and articles that have nothing to do with the app's purpose. One has to click 10 times to register something. Many pop-ups that you also have to click away. The layout is pure headache. I regret paying for it in the hope that I will avoid all the hassle - it doesn't happen if you pay.

I have been using glow for the past 6 or 7 years and last year I purchased the premium. Now all of a sudden I can't log in, nor does it send me a password reset. I've email with attachments of my purchase and no response.

Upsetting & Aggressive
This app was great when I first started using it on my infertility TTC journey. But recently it's had updates where it emails you about baby names and keeps asking me to make a list of gifts I want for the baby etc which is soul destroying when you're still baby-less and TTC. It's offensive and upsetting and an app made for this exact reason should have some awareness. Now they've stopped you being able to use any of it without paying. I've been using the basics of it to chart for over a year now, but all of a sudden I can't do anything if I won't pay.

Privacy
Please make sure to check what this app tracks and allows to be viewed publicly. Since the overturning of Roe V Wade and because I live in one of the reddest states, I've been using Apple's health app to track everything. Not saying it's any better necessarily but I'll take Apple. I still get emails from this company and have tried to delete my account (unsubscribed from emails again and tried to delete my account again today) with no luck so far.

Okay App
It's an okay app if you want to record moods etc but completely off for me to predict ovulation. Everytime I logged ovulation tests results it kept moving and pushing the dates, even to the point where it predicted ovulation on the 28th day of my cycle. I tested just to compare and it was 100% off. Didn't work for me, everyone is different but I rather use my health app as well as the ovulation tests to track my days.

I miss the old Glow
I used to love this app but now it's difficult to use because everything costs money now :( Please consider adding a couple features back to the free version.

Good day, does this app have a limit on how long you can use the non premium if you don't want to purchase the premium for now? I had used it for 1 month only now but don't want to upgrade my new period predictions. Also why doesn't the app let me go on when I have no internet, before yes now I need internet to go on.
