At first I liked Go2bank but now after using it I really dislike it. Telephone service is unreliable. Chat is unreliable. The dispute process is so inconvenient. It's worse than any other credit card or debit card I've ever used. So when it comes to leaving your money in the bank do not put it in this bank because if something happens it's an arm and a leg to speak with someone to get it back

Let's see I had over 1900.00 In my go2checking,plus called in to deactivate my Cardin January 19th I waited for 2 in half weeks ,so I call my card ín again in February it was still active!plus I had only 600.00 dollars Left in my account.so I had them deactivate it again!! And waited another 2 in half weeks Nothing so I called it in again!and waited for my new card before the first of the month ! And still no card my Benefits!a direct deposit to my go2checking account,!400 missing An no card

The Bank part is great but the APP is trash. Loads super slow on a G s10e - NEVER Lock your card thinking you can unlock it just before a purchase.

Terrible app, I am never able to use the mobile check deposit feature. It closes and tells me there is a bug and to update the app when the developers find time to fix it.

This is the worst app ever I am out of town trying to do A transaction from Account to account So I can get back home and I have to wait 3 business days not only that cannot get any information on the transaction. Do not use this app

I can download every other app on my computer.you want to invade a phone? That is extremely peculiar. Now... my problem is that, on your mobile app, I can't scan my check. I HAVE FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE..... GPS AND LOCATION WERE ACTIVATED. WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO RUIN PEOPLE'S LIVES... IF PEOPLE COULD GET A BANK ACCOUNT THEY WOULD. THEY PAY A MONTHLY FEE TO CONVERT THEIR CURRENCY TO DIGITAL NO NONSE DON'T DENY, DEFLECT, AND ARGUE. I WOULD RATE 0 IF I COULD!

Dont do it! Your funds will not be available to all the sudden and nothing you can do about it. You have been warned! Total thieves! Any other banking app will be 1000 % better than these monsters. You will be sorry.

App has too many restrictions/inconveniences
I am moving forward using the funds as a cash card with no additional deposits until it's depleted for the following reasons: - You can have 5 savings vaults with a max amount of $5,000 each, but only one of those vaults ($5,000 aggregate) can earn 4.5% APY - It is restricting me to only depositing $100/day via bank transfer. Why have a bank where I can't deposit the money I want to deposit? This is after the first $100 has cleared. - With the above, it's not worth it to me to work so hard to get 4.5% APY on $5k when I can get 3.75% with my local bank unlimited 👋

what ever company Go2 has doing their customer service really sucks they need more training frankly i dont think the company is skilled to handle customer service. i used to enjoy banking with Go2 been with them over 2 years and lately with the customer service and not being able to make purchases without hassle has been total hell, so some advice to Go2 you need to retrain the customer service help line or get someone more skilled and qualified for this roll
