This company has terrible customer support. BEWARE WHEN BOOKING, they automatically add a donation to some charity. You must remove the donation if you don't want it. They say you have a chat support to work issues with but that's nowhere to be found. Tracked down a phone number and tried to cancel but they said GolfNow will still get their fee. I will try to help future consumers by opening a complaint with our AG. There is no reason to scam people out of donation money and convenience fees.

Love the app but customer service is non existent.

I booked a round of golf a few weeks ago. We showed up, completed paying for the round and played. Midway through the round I received a notice from GolfNow that I was being charged a No Show fee. I contacted support and gave them the info they needed. They said they'd follow up with the golf course and sort it out. They contacted me a week later to say they couldn't reach the golf course and I'd have to contact the golf course to get the charge resolved. I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company. Great app but their support is totally lacking. Buyer beware.

App rarely works

This app works maybe 30% of the time and is the same pricing as if you called into the course. Not worth the frustration of trying to open the app and it not work

Not a good deal

I live in pompano Florida and GN it is no longer a good offer, no availability, very expensive, and the least interesting golf course , I will not renew

It is obvious they are directing everyone to get golf pass for $99 a year. The latest glitch is that they let me book the time, but it won't accept my CVV when I go to pay unless I get to a browser on computer OR go to golf pass which I have for educational purposes. Layered with ads directing to Golfpass. I just want to go to app, select course book and pay, on the fly without opening up my laptop. Used to love this app, but it is going downhill big time.
