Trash App - not worth the horrible interface, nonstop verification, and a general pain in the a$$... IF you can actually log in to your PAID acct, it takes forever to get anywhere. You'll be checking out in the pharmacy for half an hour.

Exactly what they advertise
Standing at the pharmacy using SingleCare. Imagine my surprise when the price is about 1000% higher. The pharmacist recommended GoodRx. I downloaded it. The SingleCare price was 3.09. The pharmacy price with SingleCare was $50. The GoodRX price was 11.99. The pharmacy price with GoodRX was 11.99. I guess I am canceling the SingleCare

Awful. 100% ridiculous I didn't authorize any of this. I downloaded the app maybe used it 2 or 3 times. But not gold. Don't use it don't want it. I would appreciate my money back that you have taken from my account thanks

Kept charging me after cancellation months ago
Do not get a Gold — i canceled my account late 2022 and come to find out I kept getting charged. App shows “benefits will run out at the end of the month” but I'm still being charged! Avoid paying for this. Definitely should be sued.

Canceled goldrx
My local pharmacy always charges three to four times more than the listed goldrx price. They tell me that the goldrx prices are never accurate, and assure me that they are applying my goldrx discount. Today, goldrx listed my prescription at approximately $9. I was charged $36 (CVS)

It always gives me a new coupon, as in a first purchase even though I've purchased the product multiple times. That can be confusing. Also, providers often look up their own Good RX coupon. Which I don't understand.

GoodRx knowingly violated our privacy rights in order to make $$$. That was illegal. The FTC is currently suing them. Don't believe me? Look it up. You cannot trust them. Switch to SingleCare or another Rx discount provider.
