If Your Late ONE Day They Will Take Your Whole Pre-Approved Amount To Spend . Poor Customer Service If For Some Reason Your Order Wont Go Through Even Though You Have The Money Its No Way To Contact Them .

Friend referred me. I put my info in and then they close my account. Saying to contact Experian . First of all how did you do a credit check without my social security number. Plus false advertisement no credit check.

Just a horrible company to deal with all around. Atrocious customer service, and 5-7 days before you will get a response of any kind. They charged my ex-wife's bank account card for a purchase that I returned weeks ago.... and STILL have not refunded her or I the $. 0/5 stars

FIX YOUR APP
Can't load pic for proof in chat messages have to reopen and close app multiple times and it still not working! Fix the chat messages page and have better communication for customers to reach customer service, Thanks.

App just sometimes doesn't respond to any clicking. I've had this app for a year now and at first it loaded quickly and work seamlessly. Now it's to the point I'm not kidding, loading takes up to 10-15 minutes on full bars wifi. You can click a million times on a store advertised and it won't respond, it's to the point I don't use afterpay unless the website I'm using offer afterpay and it just automatically connects to the pay in 4.

Well they String you along With make believe stories of a pretend , completely untrue line of credit getting your hopes up and embarrass you to death when you shop with a 600.00 dollar limit , try to spend around $200.00 only to get denied ! I understand the store can do as they want but afterpay came at me . I have steady income, and my first payment.

I'm so confused about this app. First week the app works. Second week the app start acting crazy. running slow want show any stores. It constantly loads up and when you are trying to pay it takes 30mins close to an hour to get the payment to go through. Also they say if you are late they will constantly take money away from you afterpay account. We'll I was late paying my last payment. I did not get any notification from them so they took all my afterpay money except $50.00 it's stupid!

I don't even know why I still have this app, it's horrible! Terrible selection of stores and I don't understand why they would remove Target, eBay, Best buy and Amazon. I was given a $600 limit and I only used it once and every payment was on time. I have tried on 4 occasions to use it and always getting denied and customer service is no help at all, saying they don't approve every purchase! Then what's the point of giving me a credit limit if I can't use it for what I want??
