App not working
Not been able to use the App ever since buying the breakdown cover, all it ever states is having technical issues try again in a few weeks. But it's been over 8 months, not a great service.

Apparently I can't use the app because I bought cover through a comparison site. Shpukd I expect to also be treated differently if I breakdown?

Can't add policy which is directly with Green Flag. States they're working hard to fix the technical issue, try again in a few WEEKS!

App doesn't work, have tried multiple times to add my policy using both the vehicle reg and the policy number and it always comes up with 'can not add policy at this time.' Absolutely useless.

You can even live-track your technician’s location as they drive to you, for extra peace of mind.

Oh, a quick note about how we use data on this app.

When you use our app, you’ll be sharing some data with us. This includes your location (which helps us find you if you break down), contact info, and your Green Flag account details. We also collect data that shows how you use our app. That way, we can plan new features and make improvements based on what you really need.

Rest assured, we never share the data we collect with anyone else.

If you’re not happy with the above, you can always call us instead of using the app if you break down.
