This is the worst company ever. They basically steal your money whenever a bus driver does not run their route. They don't offer refunds or rescheduling of bus tickets when the bus driver doesn't show to destination. Waited for over 3 hours for a bus and they refused to give me a refund or reschedule a for a later bus which is theft. I will be filing a lawsuit.

They are scammers, they canceled my trip and never returned my money, I wrote to their page and only sent an email that will analyze the case and they never answered me, I wish I could give it -10 stars 🌟, I do not recommend it, pure scam

We bought a ticket for my Brother. He was leaving From Phoenix Arizona to Akron Ohio. He made it all the way to Toledo Ohio. The bus that was supposed to be at the Toledo Stop. Never came!! No updates about it being Cancelled!! Now he had to buy another ticket!! Greyhound has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! No one answers the phone!! Your literally wasting time waiting for someone to answer. They are ripping people off by cancelling trips!! Making people pay out more money!!! Greyhound U SUCK

Worst customer service in the United States. Delays without notice. even calling the numbers I could find on the app and online, to get information on why my girlfriend was stuck on the side of the street in the middle of winter without being picked up for an extra hour and a half, only wasted more time (20 min wait) each call (3 ea.) they either had bad information or no information I could use. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they couldn't transfer me. BAN GREYHOUND
