The Groupon I purchased 2 years ago for Pearle Vision in Lititz ended up being quite a disappointment, unfortunately. The pair of glasses the girl insisted looked best on me( she chose them) ended up making sores behind/ above my ears, as she was the only one there at the office when I was told to pick them up. I asked her about someone fitting them and she said they were fine a d that she was the only one there and either didnât want to do that or she didnât know how! Long story short, I finally went into a local vision office in a Walmart to have them take a look at my glasses. They were scratched almost to the point where they became useless to use to see. Also, the optometrist said my glasses were meant to be worn by a child and the arms were way too small for my face! I paid over $450 for those glasses and felt I was ripped off. At this point, I would not go back to or suggest to someone to go to Pearle Vision.

Not as many options as there used to be.
It seems like the same businesses have been on for deals for a while. If possible, would like to see some new deals.

Some things are worth it, like spas. I bought a haircut "deal" and when I left I asked at checkout what her normal rate was. The same amount as the Groupon I bought! Really hard to get returns on product, even if it states refund policy. Big hassle with both Groupon and seller. I had a terrible time getting contact info from company outside US. Just read all fine print making sure there is some contact info and call ahead to any spa/ haircut to see what the normal cost is!

It's a parasite,nonstop emails, never used one merchant ....yet I get an ai generated email on one item I clicked . Good work now I will never use it .....abuse and out of control use of technology

Service is no longer available but not expired.
I purchased a Groupon for Nails by Tenne. The deal is no longer available. A pop up ad with similar deals shows up. Shouldnât there be a way to apply a voucher that has not expired to be applied to a replacement service when the service you bought is no longer available.
