Can’t win for losing

This was at one time a favorite slot game. Lately the wins are fewer and far between and bonus games are almost nonexistent. Too many errors like locking the game and missing log ins for bonuses. Recently I played for over an hour without a single significant win or bonus game. Time to look at other slots game options.

Because I just started playing and a attacker or hacker took over and making moves I don't want and changing my status and making sure my coins disappear and won't let me opt out or change it back So l will delete as soon as coins gone couldn't get a chance to enjoy the game if I knew a attacker or her hacker was inviting me to game would have never downloaded

No medallions

This is the first time I've ever had an issue with this app. I played over 300 games of poker yesterday and I was supposed to win 6 medallions today. When I went into the app this morning ( about 10 minutes ago ) a message came saying I was a Winner so I tapped on the claim tab but was never awarded the 6 medallions. Very unhappy since I've been a loyal player for a long time. Doug

Still can’t open the app

I've sent 2 support tickets to the app and all I hear back from them is delete the app, power off my device, turn my device back on and reinstall the app. Well that does not work. I've been trying since January to download the app but I guess they don't want people playing.

Very rude team support Steve

After months , yes months of writing to you guys and finally this morning I get an email from your Rude team support STEVE saying he can't verify the losses .. well you know Steve , if you would've responded to me from 3 months ago, you would've seen my problem and my issues .. it took you months to get back to me . Now , that is Quite unprofessional to your players. And you really meat us to make purchases in this lousy app?. I don't think so Mr Steve… you show me no RESPECT whatsoever. You're calling me a liar… even with all the pic's and videos I have sent you … your games took away over One Billion tokens from me .yes Over one billion… your games are a fraud. I will be posting this on all social media to warn people not to download this greedy app.. Shame on you GSN grand and a big shame on Steve for calling me a liar

HARD TO WIN ON BINGO

Wow, I don't know what's happened but it is really hard to get anything playing bingo. Hard to get numbers much less a bingo. Used to be so much more fun to play. AND TO PURCHASE CHIPS IS VERY EXPENSIVE compared to other games.
